Acrylic Fabrication

Acrylic Fabrication is a major part of Carlon Plastics’ expertise, offering Laser Cutting and Engraving services along with CNC Routing, Oven Draping, Diamond Edge Polishing, Hot Wire Bending, UV Bonding and Vacuum Forming. With this wide range of manufacturing capabilities, Carlon Plastics are able to supply customers anything from Cut To Size Panels, to fully fabricated, packaged and despatched production roll offs.

We are able to work with a vast range of materials in varying thicknesses, and can offer guidance and assistance from initial concept through to a first off Prototype and finally, to full production roll offs. Throughout the process, we can offer our expertise and knowledge in design input and material options.
